It's 21st July, 2020. It's been 5 month since all the Educational Institute has been closed. People are at their home more than ever before. I'm pretty sure many of us enjoyed the first few weeks of Quarantine but as time passed by, we tend to get bored. As one great man once said, "Too much of anything is good for nothing." During this Quarantine, most of us have started to grown a bad habit of staying up late at night and waking up at noon. There are a lot of bad site to this but come on, who cares about physical health that will effect us in future. As a young person, most of us do not think about our future let alone our physical health. Unless we are sick, we think we are doing just okay. It feels this way because of the flame of youth inside us. As we grow old, our body won't be able to cope up with the stress and it will crumble.
